DC-PCM-1 Automatic Single Side PE Paper Cup Shaping Machine

I . Introduction

Model name : DC-PCM-1

This machine is used to produce paper cups as per in the picture shows.

II. Function and Features:

DC-PCM-1 Automatic Single Side PE Paper Cup Shaping Machine has multi-running positions. The procedures: paper-feeding, gluing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, rolling, rounding and tripping are all done on the machine. The production of beverage and ice cream cups are made of single side PE coated paper .

Flow chart of all the production line is as follows: PE coated paper —cutting into piece—printing—molding and cutting—putting wall paper of the paper cup and the bottom paper of the paper cup—shifting the wall paper of the paper cup—adhering wall paper of paper cup—shifting the bottom paper of the paper cup—adhering bottom paper of the paper cup—then turnover--embossing--reeling in side—finished product—packing.
