I. Introduction
Model name: DC-TP-PL1092-2800
This machine is used to produce the toilet paper rolls and kitchen towel rolls as the picture shown above.
II. Function and Features
1.      This Automatic Toilet Paper production line, consists of one set of DC-TP-RPM1092-2800II Dot-By-Dot High-Speed Rewinding and Perforating Toilet Paper Machine(or can equip with high-speed rewinding and perforated toilet paper and towel paper machine)(it can be 2 sets according to requirement), 1 set of DC-LSM-II Automatic Log Saw Machine ,DC-TP-PM2 Automatic Toilet Paper Packing Machine for Multiple Rolls and convey belts.
2. For paper width up to 2700mm to make bathroom tissue, kitchen towels. Equipped with variable perforation length system to satisfy any length need. The speed of this rewinder is up to 325m/min, 6 cycles per minute, including:
★Two steel to rubber or steel to wool embossing units.
★Two or three paper stands, with a double or three belt driving system, for jumbo rolls up to 1500mm diameter, and with a pneumatic loading of jumbo roll system.
3.This DC-TP-PL1092-2800 Economical line will automatically change core and unload the finished products, and automatically trim and seal the tails of the logs, leaving a lip about 20mm to make it easy for consumers to start using the rolls without tearing the paper at the seal.
4. All the driven system to be by means of synchronous belts, nylon belts and gears, for years of free maintenance. Electrical eyes will be mounted on the different parts of the line to monitor the machine and stop it in case it runs out of paper, cores or any other unforeseen problems. The lubrication systems will be provided on the major parts of the line.
5.The motor power is 7.5kW. Variable frequency control depending on the final specifications and requirements.
6.This line is to be controlled by a PLC for your choice.

IV. Export Details
1. Delivery time :80 days（Need time to promise the processing precision ,assembling precision ,of course if there is any special situation which needs shorter time ,it can be discussed）
2. Load port: Xiamen port in Fujian Province
3. Packing: In standard export wooden cases
4. Contained in a 40,20 feet container (It depends on the quantity of the machines)
5. Machine installation and operation training: Seller will assign professional technicians and engineers to buyer’s plant to install the machine and train the workers .The round air ticket, lodge and board fee, and salary will be on buyer’s side.
6. Warranty: One year(Except easy damaged parts), and will provide long term services including providing spare parts at low price and will heart and soul help the buyer to solve any problem may occur.

Hello. we are a company manufacturing various types of industrial paper products. we are interested in manufacturing toilet paper rolls and kitchen rolls. I have visited your machinery video on you tube. Therefore, interested in your machine making toilet roll cum Kitchen roll. Kindly send me the quotation for the same. We require fully automatic machine with extra equipments required for printing/embossing/packing. A complete production line... we will use virgin as well as recycle paper Size of the roll is not the issue with us. Usually we have: single rolls: 10*10 cm/ sheet, 350 sheets/roll Dual packs (2 rolls/pack) 4 rolls/pack 6 rolls/pack 10 rolls/pack depends on the requirements Kitchen / jumbo rolls: 25*25 cm/sheet and also 20*20 cm/sheet almost 50sheets/roll and 100/sheets/roll or more....
